Refund Policy


This copy of our policy is for information only.  At all times the version of the Refund Policy that is reviewed during the registration process shall take precedence over the kysa.ca website version.  Said policy is also emailed to all successful registrants at confirmation of registration.


Refund policy

If a player registers and then cannot be placed on a team then a FULL refund will be given.

NSF cheque fee - $35

All refund Requests for Withdrawals from a Killarney Youth Soccer Team must be submitted in writing to registrar @ kysa.ca and may be subject to a non-refundable administration fee of $25.

Once approved in accordance with the club policies, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If payment was made via cheque, the refund will be issued to the address provided as the athlete's home address from the application form.

Refunds are processed twice per month.

 

FALL SOCCER POLICY (Killarney FC - Sept-March full season)

Player withdrawal after team formation and season start is disruptive to the league and could have the unintended result of forcing a team to fold. The refund policy is intended to reduce this cause and effect.

Divisional (U11 and older) refund requests submitted up to June 7th will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable administration fee.  Refund requests submitted between June 7th and the start of the season will be refunded 50% of the applicable registration fee less the non-refundable administration fee. No divisional refunds will be given if a player withdraws after the season start.

House (U10 and younger) refund requests submitted up to September 1st will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable administration fee.  Refund requests submitted between September 1st and the Friday of Thanksgiving Weekend will be refunded 50% of the applicable registration fee less the non-refundable administration fee. No House refunds will be made after Thanksgiving weekend.

 

SPRING SOCCER POLICY (i.e. April - June program)

Refund requests submitted up to the day before the start of the sessions for which the player is registered will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable administration fee.

Refund requests submitted between the start of the sessions and the Friday of the May Long Weekend will be refunded 50% of the applicable registration fee less the non-refundable administration fee.

No refunds will be given if a player withdraws after the May Long Weekend.

 

SHAMROCK ACADEMY POLICY

Refund requests submitted up to the day before the start of the sessions for which the player is registered will be refunded in full, less the non-refundable administration fee.

Refund requests submitted between the start of the sessions and the Sunday of the third weekend of sessions will be refunded 50% of the applicable registration fee less the non-refundable administration fee.

No refunds will be given if a player withdraws after the 3rd weekend of sessions.
