formed early.

NEED a COPY of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Uniform deposit of $50 applies to
all U10 and up. This will be collected by the coach WHEN
the UNIFORM is HANDED OUT at the beginning of the season
or preferably collected at the time of registration.
Payments are to be made by CHEQUE
ONLY - NO CASH
Family discount 50% off the registration for the 3rd child registered.
Refund policy
If a player registers and then cannot be placed on a
team then a full refund will be given.
If a player registers and withdraws before the start of
the season then an administration fee will be charged and
the balance of the registration fee refunded.
If a player starts the season and withdraws prior to the
Thanksgiving weekend then a 50 per cent refund will be
given.
No refunds will be given if a player withdraws after
Thanksgiving weekend.
Receipts for Children's Fitness Tax Credit
The Federal Government proposes to put a child sports tax
credit into effect for the 2007 taxation year. This may not
become law but if you register a child 15 years or under in
an eligible sports program you should keep the receipt. For
further particulars check the following link.
Fitness Tax Credit
For any child that may need financial assistance, please
check out The KidSport™ Fund which is a program of Sport BC
designed to "remove the financial obstacles that prevent
underprivileged children from playing sport in British
Columbia".
